Our box-type semi-trailer series, is designed for the transportation of various goods including household appliances, light textiles, construction materials like coal and sand, and other commodities.
Box-type side tipper trailer advantages: We offer customizable dump semi-trailers available in U-shape, square shape, and container flatbed dumper configurations, with capacities ranging from 25 tons up to 100 tons. To ensure the longevity of semi-trailers, we exclusively use spare parts from globally renowned brands.
1. Robust load-bearing capacity, high safety standards, rational design, durability, and advanced manufacturing techniques.
2. Good frame structure, with a through-beam design, with longitudinal beams available in flat or gooseneck types. Longitudinal beams are automatically submerged welded, with web plate heights ranging from 400 to 550. The frame undergoes shot blasting, and crossbeams are integrated into the longitudinal beams and welded as a single unit.
3. Superior Box Structure: Constructed from high-strength cold-rolled corrugated steel plates without a skeletal structure, providing ample loading space and a wide range of configuration options. Internally, the box features a rational layout with X-shaped braces, allowing for multi-pulling capabilities, heavy loading, and lightweight design. The roof can be closed, push-open, open, or convertible, facilitating easy operation and catering to diverse user preferences.
4. Equipped with series leaf springs and suspension support, featuring a well-engineered structure with high stiffness and hardness to support heavy loads and absorb impacts effectively.
5. The box transport semi-trailer incorporates a closed side protection design, enhancing safety during high-speed travel and reducing energy consumption. The rear protection design includes a conveniently located trolley attachment for easy operation.
